1. Scope
This policy applies to the Astro Realm iOS app, myastrovibe.com, customer support, launch-access forms, and related services operated by Astro Realm. It does not apply to third-party sites or services that publish their own policies.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, email address, account credentials, birth date, birth time, birth location, saved profile labels, questions, journal or reflection content, support messages, and creator-partnership information.
App and device information
We may collect app version, device type, operating system, language, approximate region, diagnostics, crash information, feature interactions, attribution data, and identifiers needed for authentication, fraud prevention, and service operation.
Subscription information
Apple processes payment details. We receive subscription status, product, renewal state, transaction identifiers, and related entitlement information from Apple and our subscription-management provider. We do not receive your full card number.

4. Service providers
We use service providers to host and operate Astro Realm. Depending on the feature, these may include Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, databases, hosting, analytics, and server operations; Apple for App Store distribution and payments; RevenueCat for subscription entitlements; Cerebras Systems, Inc. for requested text generation using gpt-oss-120b; OpenStreetMap-related geocoding services for birth-location lookup; and diagnostics or email-delivery providers.
Providers process information under their own terms and our instructions where applicable. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use birth data or private journal content to build third-party advertising profiles.
5. AI-assisted features
When you request an AI-assisted interpretation, Astro Realm's backend may send the information needed to answer to Cerebras Systems, Inc. for inference using gpt-oss-120b. This can include relevant chart placements, transit context, your question, and limited profile context. Cerebras is used as a service provider for this request, not as Astro Realm's account database. Avoid entering information you do not want processed for that request. AI output can be incorrect and should be treated as reflective content, not professional advice. If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device.
6. Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet legal requirements, and maintain legitimate business records. Retention periods vary by data type. We may keep de-identified or aggregated information that no longer identifies you.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update profile information in the app, manage marketing choices through unsubscribe controls, manage subscriptions through Apple, and request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us. Rights vary by location. We may verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Astro Realm is not directed to children under 13, or the higher minimum age required in a user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below the applicable age.
10. International processing
Information may be processed in Canada, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws.
11. Changes
We may update this policy as Astro Realm changes. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice when required.
