1. Agreement
By using Astro Realm, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and meet the minimum age required where you live.
2. Astrology and AI disclaimer
Astro Realm provides astrology, numerology, reflection, and AI-assisted content for educational and entertainment purposes. Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. It does not predict outcomes with certainty and is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for your choices and should consult qualified professionals when appropriate.
3. Accounts and birth data
You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Chart accuracy depends on the birth date, time, location, timezone, and system selected. You must have permission to enter another person's information and should avoid adding sensitive information that is not needed.
4. Realm+ subscriptions
Realm+ is offered through Apple as monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. The website currently displays $9.99 USD per month and $69.99 USD per year. Apple shows the final localized price, taxes, trial terms if any, and renewal date before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, renewal may be charged according to Apple's terms. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple subscription settings. Refund requests are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.
5. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Astro Realm, interfere with its operation, probe or bypass security, automate abusive requests, scrape restricted content, impersonate another person, violate law, infringe rights, or use the service to harass, threaten, discriminate, or make high-stakes decisions about another person without appropriate expertise and consent.
6. Content and license
Astro Realm and its software, design, copy, calculations, artwork, and brand assets are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose. You retain rights in content you submit and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and return that content as part of the service.
7. Third-party services
Astro Realm depends on services such as Apple, cloud hosting, geocoding, subscription management, Cerebras Systems, Inc. inference using gpt-oss-120b, diagnostics, and AI model providers. When you request an AI response, chart-derived context, current-sky context, your question, and limited recent conversation context may be sent to Cerebras by Astro Realm's backend. Their terms may also apply. If you enable reminders, they are scheduled locally on your device. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, remove, suspend, or change features and may perform maintenance without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of every item, or that every feature will work on every device.
9. Termination
You may stop using Astro Realm at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for material violations, risk to users or systems, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will continue after termination.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Realm is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of accuracy, fitness, merchantability, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astro Realm and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or losses arising from reliance on astrology or AI-generated content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations may not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
